Welcome to Filament Daddy, operated by One Poseidon Enterprises LLC. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Digital Products

Our digital products consist primarily of downloadable 3D-printable files, including STL, 3MF, and other file formats as described in each product listing.

Digital products do not include a physical product unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

Digital File License

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, your purchase grants you a commercial license to sell physical 3D-printed items made from our files.

You may:

  • Download and use the files for personal 3D printing.
  • Print physical products from the files.
  • Sell physical 3D-printed products made from the files.

You may not:

  • Resell, share, trade, or redistribute the original digital files.
  • Upload the digital files to file-sharing websites or marketplaces.
  • Give the digital files to another person.
  • Claim the original digital files or designs as your own.
  • Sell the digital files themselves unless specifically authorized by Filament Daddy.

The commercial license applies to physical printed products, not to redistribution or resale of the digital files.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, digital files, artwork, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, logos, and other content provided by Filament Daddy remain the property of One Poseidon Enterprises LLC unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.

File Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their printer, slicer, hardware, and software are compatible with the purchased files.

Because printers, slicers, materials, and settings vary, we cannot guarantee identical results on every printer.

Changes to Products

We reserve the right to update, modify, replace, or discontinue products and digital files at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Filament Daddy is not responsible for damage resulting from improper printing, incorrect printer settings, misuse of a printed item, or failure to follow recommended printing instructions.

By purchasing and using our files, you agree to use them responsibly and at your own discretion.
